Compassionate grief and loss counselling in the Isle of Man
Hello and thank you for visiting. I’m Jill a Level 5 qualified counsellor based in Douglas on the Isle of Man. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported and truly understood.
I specialise in grief and loss, something that touches us all in different ways throughout life. Whatever type of loss you’re dealing with – bereavement, a relationship ending, major life changes, your child leaving home, loss of good health, menopause, loss of identity, you’re not alone.
At the heart of my counselling practice is the belief that talking through grief can be one of the most powerful steps towards healing. You dont have to carry your pain alone. In a safe supportive and non-judgemental space, you can begin to release the weight of grief and reconnect with your strength, your memories, and your ability to feel yourself again, a chance to get back to you.
Where you are suffering the loss of a loved one, I won’t ever rush you, but will give you the time and space to let your grief be truly listened to.
My approach is gentle and personalised. I tailor each session to suit your individual needs, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace in a confidential and safe environment, either face to face, online or by telephone.
I understand, from my own experience, how daunting it can be to take that first step. But I also know how life-changing it can be to share what’s been weighing on your mind. Together we can work towards easing your current struggles and build tools for the road ahead.
You don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
Let’s take that first step together.
